Who am I; Hihi!! I'm Ozzie, and go by she/any pronouns. I'm a minor, so please don't be creepy. I have Autism and ADHD, so please be patient with me.

TERMS OF SERVICEBY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
USD Commissions are prioritized over Commissions paid with game items/currency, or anything of the sorts.I take payment upfront to prevent myself from getting scammed.Commissioner can re-upload the image with credits given to myself through a full sentence (ex; 'made by X on Twitter')MY WORK CANNOT BE USED FOR AI GENERATORS OR NFTs.I retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use. (More on this later)Altering my artwork in any way without asking for permission before hand, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use is PROHIBITED.If there are any delays in completion of a commission, I will personally notify the customer.MINIMUM turnaround time is 1 month. Sometimes schoolwork, family, my mental health, and other things can get in the way of your commission.At max you are allowed 3 edits. The first will be asked after I send a sketch, the second will be after lineart, and the third will be after coloring. Any requests for edits after this will be ignored as I am too far into the process.As soon as lineart is finished, there will be no refund as I am too far into the process.If you do not want me to post your commission online, you must tell me when you order.A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.If you have a deadline for the work to be completed, there will be a $3 rush fee.I typically work over the weekends, since that is when I am the least busy, however I still do try to work on weekdays.More will be added soon.
